A little bit about me

Our relationships with others and our understanding of the various communities we intersect with create a complex foundation for understanding who we are. Taking care of ourselves is challenging, and we must be brave to face all parts of our lives. Together, we’ll work to connect all parts of the past to explore how you show up in the present.

By working with clients from a psychodynamic and systems perspective, we investigate how early childhood experiences and environments shape who we are and how we understand ourselves. Through an integrative approach, treatment is based on each individual’s needs and goals. I hold space for clients to heal, grow, and change as a partner in therapy.

I earned my undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware, my M.S. Ed from Johns Hopkins University, and an MSW from the University of Pennsylvania. My pronouns are she/her.

If we want something different, often, we have to try something different.
